I came to Seattle, courtesy of Uncle Sam, from western Pennsylvania. I loved Seattle and decided to make this my home. I followed a family tradition, ( my Mother was an agent in Pennsylvania) and got my Real Estate license in 1969. At that time I was one of, if not the youngest in Washington State to get a Real Estate license. I worked for 12 years then branched off into retail (Frederick&Nelson,I.Magnins) restaurants (mine and the Space Needle) and government (USPS) where I worked for 27 years, most in management. I kept my license inactive untill I took early retirement.
I always knew I would come back to Real Estate. I have either worked in or lived in almost every neighborhood of Seattle, from the north to south border, from Elliott Bay to Lake Washington. I started full time 3 years ago, with Windermere (thats another cute story). I work from the family-style Mount Baker office.
I have seen the market go from the lows to highs and back. I have been a first-time buyer and seller, and have had other life changing sales and buys-and I have had clients in all these situations. I only work with a maximum of three clients at one time. We, as agents can all find the same information, you have to decide who you can trust to partner with, and who will work best for YOU. Give me a call-I would like to be that agent.
